Complete set of equipment and materials:

• Supply of pressure sensors (absolute, excess, differential pressure, vacuum), temperature, flow (electromagnetic, ultrasonic, Coriolis, vortex), level (ultrasonic, radar, wave), mechanical quantities (vibration, linear displacement) and position (electromagnetic, optical, cable, laser and absolute encoders)

Installation works:

• Pre-installation check (incoming inspection) of equipment and materials
• Installation of cable-growth systems and other metal structures for installation of cable and wire products and sensors;
• Installation of distribution cabinets, automation cabinets, frequency converters, actuators;
• Installation of cable and wire products, checking the resistance of installed cables;
• Connection of wire ends and cable cores to field equipment (sensors, frequency converters, actuators, electric motors, etc.), and distribution cabinets and control cabinets;
• Formation of executive documentation.

Commissioning works:

• Bench testing of sensors at the initial stage of installation works, subject to comprehensive performance of works
• Checking the completed installation works, comparing the sensor settings data in accordance with metrological certificates, in the case of commissioning works;
• Monitoring the completion of installation work during comprehensive execution of works (not included in the estimate)
• Configuration of sensors, frequency converters, actuators immediately before system setup, subject to comprehensive execution of works under the project;
• Conducting individual equipment tests;
• Setup of process parameter measurement systems, setup of process controllers;
• Conducting group and functional tests of equipment operation, with the involvement of representatives of the organization performing technological debugging;
• Preparing reporting documentation for each stage of work.

Commissioning:

• Conducting final stages of setup work, preparation for comprehensive testing;
• Drawing up a comprehensive testing program is carried out in parallel with the previous point;
• Conducting a comprehensive check together with the Customer’s operating service and other contractors involved in the testing;
• Preparing reporting documentation.
